Food, food, glorious food! Ture confession. I am a foodie. I was visiting some friends in Beachwood, Ohio for a photography session and dinner and I will admit, I was so happy with the restaurant chosen located in Chagrin Falls. Needless to say because of the business I am in, for boudoir photography in Cleveland, Akron, Washington DC (DMV), Erie, and Buffalo, I love to keep up with the latest in all type of photography. From time to time, I get asked to do a photography shoot for food websites for small caterers. One day I hope to expand that line of my business too.
Mostly, though as you know as an on-location shooter, I do in fact travel a lot doing what I love, and this is helping women remember to feel great about themselves. Living your best life with Goddess Empowerment! As a Goddess, we must nourish ourselves and occasionally indulge. I do this with food.
I was able to go to Italy a few years ago and part of my time spent there included going to the Florence Culinary Food Institution for cooking classes. First, we went to the market to pick out all the ingredients for the meal including the meats and vegetables. Then, when we got back we were taught the art of making hand made pasta. The cool thing about the class is that we were served glasses of wine in between each dish we made. Then we got a chance to also eat the food. We even made tiramisu for dessert!
Do you find that even though you specialize in something for your profession, you often drift sideways because you have interest in other categories? I just wish I had all the time in the world to photography everything that inspires me. Whether it is my Goddess Empowerment sessions for women or food or just everyday life, I try to stay inspired and you should too!
Get inspired and use your Goddess Empowerment! Cheers!
